Paytm has partnered with Yes Bank to offer a cashback of up to Rs 15,000 on the purchase of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. The offer is valid from October 10 and will continue till the stock lasts.


The season of sale and discount is here and after Amazon and Flipkart, it is Paytm Mall that has now announced the start of Diwali sales on its website. There are several deals and offers on the website but one of the biggest offers is the discounts and cashbacks on iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus have been a part of the ongoing festive sales even before it launched in India on September 29.

Paytm has partnered with Yes Bank to offer a cashback of up to Rs 15,000 on the purchase of iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. The offer is valid from October 10 and will continue till the stock lasts.

Paytm Mall is giving a cashback of Rs 6000 on the Yes Bank credit card in addition to a flat Rs 9000 cashback on applying the promo code 'YES BANK OFFER'. The Rs 6000 cashback will be delivered to Paytm Wallet on or before November 20 while the Rs 9000 will be credited in your Paytm wallet within 24 hours of the phone getting shipped.

While the Rs 6000 cashback is only for the Yes Bank credit card users, the cashback of Rs 9000 is available for everyone. Notably, the promo code offer is not available for cash on delivery mode of purchase.  Here is a detailed look at some of the top deals available on Paytm Mall:

-- iPhone 8, 64GB at Rs 46,990 - iPhone 8 was launched at Rs 64,000 for the 64GB variant. Paytm Mall is giving a 3 per cent discount on the phone, lowering the price to Rs 61,990. Then there is a flat Rs 9000 cashbaCk which further reduces the price to Rs 52,990. Now if you are a Yes Bank Credit card users, you get an additional cashback of Rs 6000. Now to put these in simple maths:

Rs 61990 (Paytm Mall price) - Rs 15000(Rs 9000+Rs 6000 cashbacks)= Rs 46,990

So, the iPhone 8 can be bought at Rs 46,990 from the Paytm Mall.

-- iPhone 8 Plus, 64GB at Rs 56,800 - iPhone 8 Plus was launched at Rs 73,000. Paytm is giving a discount of 2 per cent, bringing the price down to Rs  71,800. Now there are two offers you can apply to purchase the iPhone 8 Plus at a reduced price.

One offer is using a promocode 'A9K'. This will get you Rs 9000 cash back. This means you get your iPhone 8 Plus at Rs 62,800. There is also a cashback of upto Rs 1500 for ICICI card users.

The second offer is for Yes Bank card users. You get a flat Rs 9000 cash back on using the promocode 'YES BANK OFFER' plus an additional cashback of Rs 6000 on using the Yes Bank credit card. The effective price becomes Rs 56,800.

-- iPhone 7, 32GB at Rs 38,290- The Paytm Mall is giving a flat Rs 10,000 cashback on iPhone 7 on using the promocode 'A10K'. This makes your effective price Rs 38,290. Please note that the cashback will be credited to your Paytm wallet within 24 hours off your phone getting shipped. There is a Rs 11,000 cashback on iPhone 7's 128GB variant.

-- iPhone 6S, 32GB at Rs 31,888- There is a Rs 6000 cashback on iPhone 6S on Paytm Mall. The iPhone 6S, without the cashback is available at Rs 37,888 on the Paytm Mall. To avail the Rs 6000 cashback, use promocode 'A6K'.

-- iPhone 6 at Rs 21,875 - There is a cashback of Rs 6500 on using the promocode 'MOB6500' during the purchase of iPhone 6. There is also a cashback of up to Rs 1500 on ICICI card users. There is also a second offer which you can apply but it will get you Rs 6000 cashback.

Samsung’s new connected tags monitor pets or kids for a week on a single charge

Samsung has something worth your time if you like to keep tabs on kids, pets or other cherished items. The Korea electronics giant just  announced  Connect Tag, a small internet-enabled device that tracks location and lasts a week between charges.
